About the Book

Nestled in America’s Deep South, Georgia is famous for peanuts, peaches, and a “steel magnolias” attitude. From its colonial roots to its destruction during the campaigns of the War of Northern Aggression and into the Civil Rights Movement, Georgia has been rooted in the history of the United States. If you’ve got family here, you’ll understand why you might always have Georgia on your mind.

Looking to find those elusive Peach State ancestors?
